Monte Cristo breakfast sandwich

4 toaster waffles
1/2 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
1/4 lb. honey baked ham slices
Raspberry jam
1/4 lb. turkey slices
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup milk
2 tbsp. butter

Prepare the waffles in a toaster, and top two of them with the cheese while they are still hot. Add a layer of ham and turkey, then another layer of cheese. On the other two waffles, create a thick layer of the raspberry jam. Place on top of the waffles with meat and cheese, jam side down. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan over medium heat. Coat one of the sandwiches with the egg and place in the pan. Cook until browned on each ide. Repeat with the second sandwich. Serve.
