Mont-Tremblant unveils PM Pass for Le Diable and Le Geant (Photos)

The Mont-Tremblant booth at next week’s Ottawa-Gatineau GolfExpo is certain to be buzzing with show-goers getting the lowdown on the new PM Pass and news that the competition of Hwy. 50 means quicker travel times to the world-class resort community.

“We have a great offer debuting called the PM Pass for this summer,” said Ariadne Bourbonnière, public relations and communications advisor for Station Mont-Tremblant. “Until March 26, people can buy this pass at $999 (limited quantity) and enjoy unlimited access starting at 1 p.m., seven days a week at Le Diable and Le Geant.

“Golfers also receive unlimited access to the practice facility at all times and many substantial discounts, including 50% off green fees before 1 p.m., 50% off equipment rental, 20% off at our golf boutiques and lessons and 15% to 50% off for players’ guests.”

Le Diable is a par 70/71-championship course playing from 4,651 to 7,056 yards. It debuted in 1998.

Le Geant is a par 72-championship course playing to 6,836 yards. The architect was Thomas McBroom. It debuted in 1995.

The final portion of Hwy. 50 was finished in the fall. It now links Ottawa-Gatineau with Montebello and shaves about 30 minutes off the driving time.

At the Montebello exit, golf travelers are able to exit onto Hwy. 323, and head north to Mont-Tremblant.

When players head for Mont-Tremblant this summer, they can combine golf with taking in some of the region’s famous festivals end events.

Here’s what’s scheduled so far:

  • June 8 - Mont-Tremblant Triathlon
  • June 23 – Mont-Tremblant Ironman 70.3
  • July 5 to 14 - Tremblant International Blues Festival
  • Aug. 18 - Mont-Tremblant Ironman Competition
