Monograms are back - and bigger than ever. The stitched or often engraved letters are a personal touch that makes an ordinary item unique to its owner.

She was also spotted courtside at a Lakers game wearing a Stella McCartney monogram-embroidered blouse – which, thanks to B, is sold out on the designer’s website.
