This presentation was definitely among one of the most striking ones. Everyone was in awe of the dramatic perfection of this presentation. The collection is inspired by a fantasy of flying and series of bird’s photography from MOMA, particularly their wings while in flight.
Black birds roaming the sky were the backdrop of this presentation. The birds I believe were also a metaphor for the clothes for this season. Emphasis was placed upon tailoring of big broad shoulders with military cuts. The colour palette of this collection was kept to earthy tones such as Khaki, brown, beige, oxblood red, grey and black.
The jewellery for this presentation was not to miss. It definitely spiced up the collection immensely. Chunky silver chained necklaces, gold bracelet birds' cuffs and rings added to the dramatic look. My favourite number had to be the sheer embroided black top with a red fur jacket and cropped three quarters leather pants.
