Inspired by the notion of beauty found in unexpected places, Monika Chiang’s fall 2012 collection included a variety of striking ready-to-wear pieces and on-trend accessories. The apparel offered a uniquely versatile appeal with luxe fabrics such as fur, leather, and suede. Many of the pieces, from the edgy fitted leather jacket with oversize shearling sleeves to the sexy leather zip-up skirt, presented diverse elements that seamlessly flowed together when combined. Along with the ready-to-wear items, the accessories were a huge hit among attendees. Edgy high-top sneakers and studded flats offered a casual chic look, while embellished clutches and studded pumps presented a sexier vibe.
