Week 2 of the NFL preseason concludes tonight with the Browns vs Redskins live stream and TV coverage thanks to ESPN. This may be only a preseason tilt, but the feeling will be a bit on the electric side as all eyes will be on quarterbacks Johnny Manziel and Robert Griffin III.

According to a USA Today report on Aug. 18, Manziel won't be starting in tonight's game at DC, but winning the starting job is not out of the question for the rookie from Texas A&M. Johnny Football may be the most flamboyant rookie to come on the scene in years, but he knows his game needs a lot more work before he can consider himself a possible starter for the Browns.

"I don't think that I'm ready for Pittsburgh right now," Manziel told reporters Saturday. "I've only played one (preseason) game. But the more and more you see it, the more you get familiar with it, I think the better it will be."

On the other side of the ball is RG3, who obviously has a bright future in this league. Griffin was a stud at Baylor University and has transformed his game to become the leader for the Redskins.

Griffin has suffered knee injuries that are so bad they are still hard to watch on tape, yet he bounces back. The Redskins and their fans are hoping that this year is the year the Skins can win the East and make some noise in the NFC Playoffs. So far the relationship between RG3 and new head coach Jay Gruden seems to be a good one, but we will see how that goes when the games start to count in the standings.

No matter the outcome of tonight's game, it will be fun to watch! Las Vegas odds makers have the Redskins listed as 2 point favorites with the over/under set at 42.

Fans will be able to catch all of the action live on ESPN nationally and streaming live online through Watch ESPN starting at 8 p.m. ET.
