Friday, April 16th, Freedom From Covert Harassment and Surveillance (FFCHS) human rights organization in alliance with Ms. Connie Marshall, candidate for mayor of Louisville, Kentucky will convene a press conference about the wave of Monarch Program criminal surveillance and electronic no-touch torture in the U.S.
Human targets of this well-hidden form of domestic terror that some call "organized stalking and electronic torture" suffer effects of shocking mind and body-invasive technologies causing severe physical and psychological injuries to point of death in some cases according to credible reports to Dupré.
Monarch, the New Global Phoenix Program
Dupré has learned from a Department of Defense engineer veteran with a professional background in this covert military program that the criminal activity involves "psychotronic engagement while operating a rogue geosynchronous satellite with directed energy weaponry." Tactics injuring many thousands of targeted individuals across the country and globe is part of the global Phoenix/Monarch program according to the former military engineer. In January 2010, the writer reported:
General David Petraeus, current Commander, U.S. Central Command, advocated the "global Phoenix Program," alluding to the notorious Vietnam-era CIA data-base operation used to torture and assassinate innocent civilians due to their political beliefs. Perpetrators range from rogue elements of every level of government to corporations to private citizens according to FFCHS.
Candidate for Mayor represents many thousands of targets
Up against the Monarch criminal cabal with military expertise and operating with impunity, during a local news conference, Louisville mayoral candidate Connie Marshall (D) revealed that she's been "harassed by the government and a victim of attacks because of a lawsuit she filed against a previous employer" according to WHAS 11. There is an over-representation of whistleblowers, civil and human rights defenders and journalists targeted with this treatment.

Congressional investigation called
There is increasing pressure on Senate Judiciary Committee Chair, Senator Patrick Leahy for congressional investigation on this form of domestic terrorism.
"Not since the late 70's has a serious look been given to the increasing intrusion by the US intelligence agencies into the private lives of American citizens. A congressional hearing and investigation into these covert activities is way overdue," stated Derrick Robinson, head of FFCHS.
Engineers, doctors, authors, a psychologist, human rights defenders and others are gathering to speak at the April 16 press conference. Rep. Jim Guest, a Missouri statehouse representative will be speaking. After obtaining so many complaints from victim of this crime, Guest issued a letter to all members of Congress urging an investigation.
One press conference speaker has been featured in an episode last season of Jesse Ventura's "Conspiracy Theory" television series.
In February, KENS 5 News reported on a house of horrors created by perpetrators of this covert form of torture and mind control, persecuting Targeted Individuals (TIs). This was the first time a major media outlet reported with integrity on TIs and extremists' domestic terrorism that subsequently gained national attention. "Phoenix" was a military program in southeast Asia during the Viet Nam war.
"Monarch" was an ALLEGED program of torturing captive children so as to produce multiple personality disorder.
Those program names are not related to organized stalking and electronic harassment. To promote such misleading and confusing labels to the public works against the effort to quickly and accurately convey to the public the nature of the OS/EH crimes.

We are all suffering in complete silence to this crime, the more you talk the more this cruel program works against you. The stalkers are killing me form the inside out and are doing it all in plain sight. No one will help...
If this were to ever be exposed in its entirety this would make Abu Ghraib look like a day at Disneyland. There are so many victims, the ones you see online only account for the tip of the iceberg of those who have been targeted by this program. Had I not discovered other victims online I would likely be dead or institutionalized by now. Which is what happens to the majority of the victims, and is why we don't hear from them.
I din'tknow if the US would ever allow this evil to go public, but sure hope so for the sake of incconent victims of this crime.

I think she has a military background, too. Makes you wonder. She takes your messages out of context. Discrediting attempt maybe? The truth about this heinous crime needs to be broadcast across the entire mainstream media....If I had heard of gangstalking before it happened to me, I would have wrongly judged it delusional.

Organized stalking is happening across the globe, including Finland, and there are members across the globe.
However, I believe these activities are mainly organized similarly to how some of the busted pedophile rings have been organized, with activities co-ordinated through the internet, and have NOTHING to do with governments, expect to the degree that some of the rings members have infiltraded into the public sector.
i think you're right in a sense - most police would be horrified, for example, if they could be MADE to understand this is real. the cynicism of their profession isn't helping us... but in a way maybe it is. Anyone who says 'this will never stop' is a perp and not to be trusted - no TI would ever say that. THIS IS NOT LEGAL AND NEVER WILL BE - ANYWHERE. just like baby-killing was never 'legal' in Vietnam, which is why we were STILL talking about it a lot for many years afterwards and it's still an issue, and still happening, and IT'S STILL ILLEGAL. I've been trying to find info about this topic and press conference on any major news media. There are none. Is the press censored in The Land Of The Free? Even Republic Radio, who was suppoed to broadcast the first 1/2 hour of it backed out. They took phone calls insteaI heard it in the backround for 30 seconds while they were speaking to a caller and they turned it down. What happened?

OH GOD YES OF COURSE! THIS WILL BE THE BIGGEST CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT IN HISTORY! While I was being pursued (along with the little boy i was babysitting, who was also harrassed at school by families of recruited gang-stalkers in my neighborhood, tho he handled it very well) they were also following a girl in New Glasgow, Nova Scotia named Amber Kirwan - and tho there is plenty of evidence that GPS stalkers were surrounding her EVERYWHERE she went that night and following her in cars (as they do when they're about to abduct a woman, or child) it was ALL recorded by OUTDOOR SECURITY CAMERAS and yet for some reason, the RCMP could never make the connection. I immediately recognized the perps for what they are of course, but anyone could see it, it was obvious. They asked the public for information. Why? They know exactly what happened to Amber Kirwan, and probably also WHY she was murdered and dumped in the mud.
