Monaco royals blast Nicole Kidman’s Grace Kelly movie (Video)

Nicole Kidnam is surely not very pleased with the reception which her upcoming movie, "Grace of Monaco," has received from Grace Kelly's family. Gossip Cop has reported on Jan. 18, 2013, Nicole Kidman’s Grace Kelly Movie Slammed By Royal Family As “Fiction.” Grace Kelly’s family has blasted the upcoming Nicole Kidman movie, Grace of Monaco, which is about the late actress-turned-princess.

Kidman portrays Grace in the film, which focuses on the Hollywood legend’s married life with Monaco’s Prince Rainier III during a 1960s tax dispute with France. However, in a statement which was released on behalf of Kelly’s children Prince Albert II and Princesses Stephanie and Caroline, the Palace has blasted the film as “fictional” and “historically inaccurate,” stressing that it is “by no means a biopic.” The palace has said, “It recounts one rewritten and needlessly ‘glamorized’ page in the history of the Principality of Monaco and its family.”
