The mom-son kiss case is making headlines in the UK.
Today's Daily Mail headline read, "No touching! Mother 'French kisses her own SON to pass drugs to him in prison'
The mom son jailhouse kiss story prompted a number of comments on the paper's Web site.
"More toast" wrote: "At least in America they have to make an effort to hide the exchange not like in our prisons!"
"Lolei" wrote, ""Police did not indicate whether tongues were involved in the alleged exchange" Probably because it's highly irrelevant. How the drugs were transferred, we know. I think it's best left at that."
"Joe M." slammed the Daily Mail for publishing the story, he wrote,"Thanks DM, I'll be working the mental image of this one out in therapy."

Kimberly Margeson, 54, visited her son, William Partridge, 30, in a Yates County jail. Partridge was being held following a weapons arrest.

Mom, Margeson, is now being charged with a felony drug count. She and her son now each face a misdemeanor count of promoting prison contraband.
Margeson pleaded not guilt to both charges. She was released on $2,000 bail. Her son will have to stay in jail at least until his arraignment on Monday.
