Legends Sports Complex of the Woodlands welcomes all Houston-area moms January 25th and 26th for the annual Mom EXPO and Health Fair. The unique event will feature exhibitors specifically geared towards moms with children ages newborn to school-aged.
This two-day tradeshow is designed to motivate and inspire women of young families as they navigate their way through motherhood and promises to be packed with educational resources, hands-on demonstrations, music and entertainment. Exhibitors include an array of photographers, health and wellness professionals, specialty boutiques, educational centers, and work-at-home opportunities. A two-day pass costs $5 with children 12 and under free.
Attend one of the events early bird activities--complimentary baby boot camp fitness classes at 9 am each day--and gain free admission into the EXPO. Pre-register for one or both classes to ensure enough equipment is available for all participants. Saturday also includes a Mardi Gras celebration and concludes with a mini-Mardi Gras Spirit Parade in which kids are welcome to join with their decorated bicycles and ride-on toys.
