An Ohio mom was charged in a class brawl where she allegedly participated in beating up a student. The mom is accused of helping her teen daughter beat up another student, this according to a report from Tuesday (Feb. 12).
Precious Allen of Cincinnati has been charged with felonious assault and aggravated criminal trespass. A police report states that he daughter was charged with felonious assault, assault and criminal trespass and that the other woman, (Dawn Brunner) was also charged with criminal trespass.
The report states that Allen, her daughter, and Brunner went into a classroom at Withrow High School and assaulted a 15-year-old student. In the attack they reportedly used their fists as well as a lock, leaving the girl suffering from cuts and bruises. A teacher trying to stop the incursion ended up with a black eye as well.
The mom charged in this class brawl apparently got into a verbal altercation with the victim before telling her daughter to hit the girl. Police spokeswoman Sgt. Julian Johnson said that there was a rift between the two teen students, but did not know why the incident took place. The reason that the trespassing charges are in place is that guests are required to check in at the front office, but the three women got into the building when another student let them in.
