Molten Primordial joins Sepulchral Primordial, Diluvian Primoridal and Luminate Primordial as part of a five card Avatar cycle with "enters the battlefield" effects.

I a normal one on one duel players may want to run Zealous Conscripts instead. Not only does Zealous Conscripts cost two mana less, it can steal any permanent. That includes taking an opponent's planeswalker such as Liliana of the Veil, Sorin, Lord of Innistrad, or Tamiyo, the Moon Sage to use their ultimate ability against your opponent.

There's no doubt that Molten Primordial is a complete bomb in limited, where its big beefy body and threaten affect can swing the game in your favor. It's in multiplayer matches though where Molten Primordial can have a huge impact, stealing multiple creatures and allowing you to kill one or more players without leaving yourself defenseless.

How will you use Molten Primordial?
