Last March, actress-model Molly Sims visited BFTV to give us some beauty advice through her partnership with Pond's. Now Molly's back, with a stunning new hair color (pictured above), and more helpful hints on how to look your best.

In our latest video interview, she tells us why she decided to change her hair color from blonde to red, and how she's working with the folks at Nexxus to kick off their Facebook contest where readers can post your "selfies" for a chance to win.

She also chatted with us about walking the red carpet at Sports Illustrated's recent celebration for the 50th anniversary of the magazine's annual swimsuit issue, and what it meant for her to be part of that history.

Watch the video interview with Molly using the media player embedded with this article. You can also keep up with her at her official website and on Twitter (@mollybsims).
