Molly Schuyler has set a new record at The Big Texan Steak Ranch. According to the Amarillo Globe-News, she downed a 72-ounce steak in less than five minutes. Then she went on to eat an entire second one and still came in well under the 1-hour time limit.

The competitive eater from Nebraska now holds the record for the fastest time to eat the dinner, which included the steak, a baked potato, a salad, shrimp and a bread roll. Molly Schuyler is no newbie to eating big plates in record times. She won $22,000 in a competition in January by eating 363 wings in just 30 minutes in Philadelphia.

According to Fox Sports, this mom of four signed with All Pro Eating in 2013 and she has claimed more than two dozen eating competition records. The previous record at the steak house was held by Joey Chestnut, who accomplished the feat in 8 minutes, 52 seconds back in 2008.

Molly Schuyler devoured her first steak challenge in 4 minutes, 48 seconds. She then went on to do a second one in just 9 minutes, 59 seconds. She said she wasn't in all that much of a rush for the second one, as the challenge is simply to finish it all within an hour to get it for free.

The New York Daily News shared the video of Molly Schuyler's steak challenge accomplishment, and it is quite the sight to behold. Just how long will her record stand? It looks like this one will be tough to beat.
