Moderation gifts health

Moderation, according to Dictionary.com, means avoidance of extremes or excesses.  To embrace moderation as a foundation in your overall life approach gifts health in all of its glory.

Can you imagine having healthy relationships, healthy finances and great mental and physical health?  Of course other factors that are out of your control play into this such as genetics but you would be starting and finishing each day on the right foot.  This is most of the battle!

Many people are extremists; everything is black or white.  This approach is self-sabotaging.  To find a middle ground, a moderate existence, in most any dilemma works to your advantage.   

The process of embracing moderation requires your mind to acknowledge and accept the current situation only for a snapshot of that very moment.  This enables your psyche to then reach for higher ground in the immediate aftermath.

As you ponder how you will accept the current shortcomings, you free yourself from you own boundaries that hold you back. 

You absorb just enough of the trauma to enable your growth but not enough to hold you down long-term.  In this place of moderation, you’ll persevere!

Let go of your greed and satisfy your desire with just enough to meet your needs.  Gift yourself the health of moderation, you deserve the very best!
