The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1 promos continues.
The studio has released a new limited-edition poster just in time for this weekend’s San Diego Comic-Con.
Created by artist WK Interact, the poster is designed in black and white, and very militaristic with the Mockingjay symbol planted on top of an eerie looking soldier.
The release of the poster comes days after the studio released motion posters featuring Peeta Mellark (Josh Hutcherson) and Johanna Mason (Jena Malone) decked out in white attire, along with two teaser trailers featuring Donald Sutherland as President Snow addressing the citizens of Panem.
The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 finds Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence) in District 13 after she literally shatters the games forever. Under the leadership of President Coin (Julianne Moore) and the advice of her trusted friends, Katniss spreads her wings as she fights to save Peeta and a nation moved by her courage.
Liam Hemsworth, Woody Harrelson, Elizabeth Banks, Willow Shields, and Sam Claflin all reprise their roles for the final two installments. The cast also include newcomers Natalie Dormer, Stef Dawson, Evan Ross, Gwendoline Christie, Patina Miller, and Mahershala Ali.
The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 is directed by Francis Lawrence from a screenplay by Danny Strong and Peter Craig and produced by Nina Jacobson's Color Force in tandem with producer Jon Kilik.
Mockingjay, the final installment to the beloved franchise will be split into part 1 and 2 and was simultaneously filmed back to back.
The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 hits theaters November 21.
