Mobile Fire Service Chaplains

Credit is given to to following website for the image above www.cityofmobile.org/fire/div_chaplains.php
Some of many reasons for the Mobile Fire Department of having Chaplains are to provide spiritual help and support to the firefighters and family members. The Chaplains do serve our community and works with many groups and organizations to help the people of Mobile. The qualifications for being a Chaplain are to have a heart to seek after God and to serve in his behalf.

A Chaplin serves all those who may need a word from Jesus and want the word of God to speak into their lives no matter if they are red, yellow, black, or white we all are precious in Jesus sight. A Chaplain teaches of Jesus and acts and serves as a servant to all people and citizens of the city of Mobile.

A Chaplain is available 24 hours a day and 365 days a year to provide service when needed. The Chaplain is always a phone call away for the firefighters and their families.
My personal thanks to Percy and the job he does for the firefighters and their families.

I know that our police chaplins were a great asset. They would come whenever we needed then, day or night and help us help victims of horrible crimes. I'm sure the fire chaplins are just as helpful.
