Renee Graziano’s ex-husband testified against two people and admitted to being an informant for a longer period of time than previously published. The New York Daily News reports on March 12 that Hector Pagan was paid by the FBI to be an informant. The “Mob Wives” star has not commented on the trial, but she is allegedly watching it closely.

Pagan explained he became an informant because he wanted his own criminal activities to be ignored. Graziano’s ex-husband admitted to pulling the trigger and killing James Donovan, but he testified against his associates Luigi Grasso and Richard Riccardi. Pagan previously shared he wore a wire and even went after his ex-wife’s father Anthony Graziano.

The court heard about Pagan’s long history of various crimes ranging from assaults to gambling. He claimed his informant days began in 2006, and the FBI paid him $15,000. The attack on Donovan began as a robbery in 2010 because Pagan, Grasso and Riccardi believed he had vast amounts of cash. Pagan explained he shot Donovan after he attempted to run away.

Pagan, who is generally known as a mob rat, has already sent several people to prison including his father-in-law. Graziano discussed the betrayal on “Mob Wives,” but she admitted she had to stay strong for their son. However, she never doubted her ex-husband was the one responsible behind Anthony’s arrest and knew he had ratted out others.
