"Mob Wives" star Alicia DiMichele has been in hot water for embezzling money, and Monday she will face sentencing on the charges. According to the Daily Mail on Jan. 3, prosecutors will seek a fine of $96,000 along with restitution.

DiMichele is said to have embezzled from a trucking company she owned with her husband, Edward (Too Tall) Garofalo Jr. Prosecutors shared in court that they are seeking a $96,000 fine along with $20,000 in restitution. As it happens, the fine apparently equals her salary for one season of "Mob Wives," where she reportedly earns $8,000 per episode.

The "Mob Wives" star could also receive six months in jail. Her husband is already in prison for seven years due to witness tampering and murder conspiracy convictions in a separate case. Prosecutors shared that they believe DiMichele's participation in the show, which "glorifies organized crime" is wrong. Additionally, they feel it "demonstrates that she fails to appreciate the seriousness of the charged crime and her life choices."

Just how hard will the judge hit her in Monday's sentencing? Will Alicia DiMichele really end up behind bars for six months? Fans of "Mob Wives: New Blood" will have to stay tuned and the answers will be revealed on Monday.
