'Mob Wives:' A.J.'s reaction to Renee Graziano going to rehab

On the Jan. 20 episode of "Mob Wives," Renee Graziano announced to her 18-year-old son A.J. that she is going to rehab. To find out the details and how he reacted, then keep reading.

When she explained to her son that she needed to go get treatment, he did not appear to be supportive. Instead, he said that she simply should not have done it and that it was a choice, not a disease.

This statement from Renee Graziano's son really seemed to hurt her. Understandably, fans could see the hurt in her eyes and she simply told him that she wished he could be supportive of her decision. Eventually, he ends up saying that he supports her, but does he really mean it?

Even if he was not serious about giving his mom support, it did make her happy. She is clearly a mother that cherishes the relationship she has with her son and knows she needs to make changes in her life.

According to Working Mother, the number of women between the ages of 30 to 44 that have reported prescription drug abuse has increased 400%. Many of those women are mothers and have successful careers.

Heidi Jacobsen, a licensed mental health counselor who works with women who are addicted to prescription drugs says that women are more likely than men to keep their addictions secret. They are also less likely to get treatment because they worry about the people who depend on them. They worry that if they leave to get treatment, they may lose their job, home or even their children.

It is a relief to know that Renee Graziano is taking steps to seek treatment and deal with her addiction. Not only will rehab help her deal with the addiction itself, but it will teach her coping skills and stress management. She will also be able to release all those feelings she has kept bottled up for so long.
