Local Los Angeles area food bloggers have come together for charity to create 30 versions of macaroni and cheese for the new ebook, Mo' Macaroni and Cheese: 30 Mouthwatering Recipes for America's Favorite Comfort Food. Members of Food Bloggers Los Angeles created a variety of recipes to satisfy all palates, from decadent and indulgent to healthy and convenient.

Now available on Amazon's Kindle store for $1.99, home cooks can create the macaroni dish of their dreams, from gourmet mac and cheese with home-cured pork belly, to gluten-free and even vegan variations of the American comfort food classic.

"Our members rose to the challenge to reimagine mac and cheese in wildly creative ways," says project editor Alison Ashton, director of content at NOURISH Network. "I was amazed by how they spun this childhood favorite in new directions. This isn't your mama's mac and cheese!"

The digital cookbook is divided into sections including classic recipes, international variations, lightened-up dishes, and mac and cheese with a twist. Recipes include Pumpkin Mac and Cheese with Sage Breadcrumbs, Cauliflower Mac and Cheese Muffins, and Jalapeño Popper Mac and Cheese. The mouthwatering assortment of recipes come from top food blogs, including Shockingly Delicious, Sippity Sup, Worth the Whisk and NOURISH Network.

Patrons can also feel good knowing that all proceeds from the ebook sales benefit the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank. This nonprofit organization feeds more than 1 million Los Angeles County residents annually.
