According to a Jan. 22 report from Babes of MMA, sexy mixed martial arts standouts Amber Stautzenberger and Summer Artherton are set to fight each other in Fargo, North Dakota.
The Dakota Fighting Championships MMA event is slated for Jan. 26 at the Scheels Arena, starting at 7:30 p.m. local time.
Both ladies hold 0-1 records in their pro MMA careers, but Stautzenberger went 4-3 as an amateur. The 25-year-old Stautzenberger is coming off a decision loss to Invicta FC contender Paige VanZant.
As for Artherton, she's coming off a loss to Cassie Rodish. However, she also had a stellar amateur career that included a four-fight win streak. She trains out of Disorderly Conduct MMA in Omaha.
MMA fans can get their tickets at DakotaFC.com, Ticketmaster or the Scheels Arena box office.
Dakota Fighting Championships also features UFC and Bellator veteran Phillipe Nover against former UFC standout Tony Martin, along with a 145-pound title fight between Doug Jenkins and Cameron Ramberg. Nover and Martin are the only two UFC vets on the card.
In other DFC action, Jeremy Stetz fights Mike Pickette, and James Martin squares off against Devin Turner.
The event is sponsored by Bud Light, Days Inn and others.
