Off the Grid, Golden Spike, Pagoda Alley, and Pink Man - these iconic SF places have been transformed into iconic libations at Stanford Court Hotel’s Aurea Lounge in San Francisco. The Stanford Court Hotel launched a new locally-sourced beverage menu that gets it’s inspiration from our City By the Bay. The menu features craft brews, regional wines, Hanger 1 Vodka and St. George Spirits. Situated at the top of Nob Hill, tourists and locals can soak in the views, and sip in the local flavors with Aurea Lounge handcrafted cocktails.

Off the Grid

Ingredients: Angostura bitters, orange bitters, Breaking & Entering bourbon, simple syrup, orange peel, bourbon cherries.

Directions: in a rocks glass, use 3 dashes Angostura bitters and 3 dashes orange bitters. Pour in 2oz bourbon, .25oz simple syrup, and an orange peel shaving, add a few ice cubes and stir with a bar spoon to release the oils of the orange peel. Top of the glass with more ice, position the orange peel for aesthetics, and add two bourbon cherries for garnish.

Pink Man

Ingredients: Hanger1 kaffir lime vodka, Hanger1 mandarin blossom vodka, cranberry juice, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, lemon twist

Directions: In a shaker pour 1oz kaffir lime vodka, 1oz mandarin blossom vodka, 1oz cranberry juice, .5oz fresh squeezed lemon juice, .5oz simple syrup, top with ice, and shake. Strain into a champagne flute, top with sparkling wine, and garnish with a lemon twist.

Golden Spike

1.5oz Buddhas Hand Hanger1
.5oz St. Germain
.5oz Cointreau
Splash fresh squeezed lemon juice
Fresh mint

Shake the vodka, St. Germain, Cointreau, and lemon juice with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass, and top with brut champagne. Garnish with mint, by slapping a mint leaf between the palms of your two hands and allowing it to float on top.
