LINTHICUM, Md. – Former Republican Governor of Massachusetts Mitt Romney will make an appearance tonight at the 20th annual Red, White and Blue Dinner.

Romney will be the keynote speaker for the event that begins at 7:00 p.m.

Former Governor Bob Ehrlich, Congressman Roscoe Bartlett, and RNC Chairman Michael Steele are among the many prominent Maryland Republicans that will be in attendance.

The dinner is held to kick off the campaign season with grass-roots supporters from all over Maryland.

Romney was unsuccessful in seeking the Republican nomination for president in 2008. He is believed to be a prospective 2012 candidate and recently wrote a book entitled No Apology: The Case for American Greatness.
