Missouri school says girl, 13, should get a breast reduction

Imagine your child’s school suggesting she undergoes breast reduction surgery. What would you do? This allegedly happened to Tammie Jackson’s daughter.

Jackson called a Missouri school district, complaining her daughter Gabrielle, 13, was being bullied because of her large breasts. But instead of sympathizing with this mother, an employee advised Jackson to either transfer Gabrielle or accept the fact that she will always be harassed because of her big boobs, Jackson told Fox-affiliate KTVI.

This mother is also frustrated with the bullies at Central Middle School in Moline Acres, near St. Louis, because they “make lewd and insensitive comments about Gabrielle’s large breasts.”

School Superintendent Clive Coleman explained that the school is investigating the incident and exploring ways to reduce “bullying throughout his district,” according to New York Daily News.

However, Coleman does not believe Jackson’s claims are completely truthful, reported KTVI.

Readers, how do you feel about what is happening to Gabrielle?
