On Friday, Hua Huang pleaded guilty in a Missouri federal court to multiple counts of harboring, transporting and employing illegal aliens, and conspiracy to commit visa fraud.
According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, between January 2009 and August 2010, Huang worked as the manager of China Buffet/Mongolian Grill in Poplar Bluff. During that time, she regularly employed many illegal aliens from Mexico and China.
Huang obtained fake identification for some employees and attempted to arrange marriage to secure a visa for an illegal alien and her two children.
She will be sentenced in March 2011.

Glad to hear she was arrested, but what will her sentence be? So many have just gotten a fine! So angry Employers are getting away with this all over the U.S.!!

We need E-Verify to be mandated permanently. All jobs in the US need to be checked, even those currently held. But congress has been bought and paid for so they won't act unless we force them.
We need deportation and boarder close that's what we need enough is enough.....
I know Poplar Bluff, and American employees could have easily been found. But of course she would have had to abide by minimum wage laws and all that. They should hang her.

The evil U.S. Chamber of Commerce twisted arms and got those writing the 1996 IIRIRA (which introduced E-verify) to water it down and make it VOLUNTARY and only for new hires. When you say "bought and paid for", I assume you mean The U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the largest and most powerful lobbyist in D.C. Something has to be done about that, I think.
Also, more than 8 million illegals earn a paycheck on jobs here. That's 8 million jobs that would go to needy Americans IF E-verify were made mandatory AND for current as well as new hires.
I think all of you should go work for this restaurant. Illegals are people too & no matter what, they will keep coming & there's nothing you can do. So worry about something else.
