Mississippi Atheists and Humanists to meet Sunday, January 13

The January, 2013, joint meeting of the Mississippi Gulf Coast Atheist and Freethinking Association and the MS Gulf Coast Humanists will take place at Harmony Hall, 2514 19th Ave., Gulfport on Sunday, January 13. At this meeting, the groups will be celebrating the 10th anniversary of the Mississippi Gulf Coast Atheist and Freethinking Association. The MGCA&FA is the oldest atheist and Freethinking group in Mississippi. The meeting will consist of a showing of Matthew Chapman's 2011 philosophical thriller, The Ledge, followed by a discussion of the movie. Matthew Chapman is a distinguished film-maker and author, as well as being the great-grandson of Charles Darwin.

Following the meeting at 5 p.m. will be a potluck dinner and anniversary celebration.
