Missing pregnant woman: Indicted murder charge for ex-boyfriend

The ex-boyfriend of a missing pregnant woman has now been indicted in her murder. On Tuesday, ABC News shared about the murder charges. Steven Capobianco was arrested on the murder of Carly Scott. She was five months pregnant when she went missing and at this time they have still not been able to find her body.

He is being charged with arson and murder both. They haven't been able to find the body of Carly Scott, but after she went missing her SUV was torched in what appeared to be a way of covering up the crime. Steven Capobianco is the father of her unborn father. Carly was last seen in February

Steven is being held on $2 million bail and can't be reached for statements at this time. He is not speaking out about the murder charges at all, but everyone would love to hear his side of the story at some point. Fox News shared that he was already in jail on $500,000 bail since last month but this was on a totally different and unrelated case.

When Carly Scott went missing, Steven Capobianco denied having anything to do with her disappearance. Back in March, news came out that her disappearance was being reclassified as a murder and they didn't believe that they would find her body. The police released a statement that said, "The Missing Persons case involving Carly J. Scott has been re-classified as a "Homicide Investigation" by the Maui Police Department's Criminal Investigation Division. The family has been notified of the change in classification. As the investigation is active and on-going, no further information will be released at this time."

Her mother was the one to file the missing persons report. Carly Scott disappeared after helping Steven pull his car out an area off the Hana Highway.
