The body of 45-year-old Waynesboro Police Department Reserve Unit Captain Kevin Quick has been identified. The investigation of Quick turned into a disappearance when “Quick disappeared Friday night (Jan 31) after he left his mother’s Afton home. He was headed to see the mother of his four-month-old daughter about 20 miles away.” The investigation has taken a turn as an alleged gang-related murder.

CBS 6/WTVR reported Quick’s body was found in Goochland County, Va. The county is two hours from Northern Virginia and less than an hour from Richmond. In addition the news station revealed the murder suspects as –

Forty-nine-year-old Leslie Hope Casterlow, of 10900 block Wild Ginger Cir. in Manassas, 31-year-old Anthony Darnell Stokes Jr, of the 10000 block Portsmouth Rd. in Manassas and 22-year-old Halisi Uhuru, of the 1700 block Franklin Tpke. in Danville, were charged with Principle 2nd Degree Capital Murder During Abduction.
