Be on the lookout for 64-year-old Johnny Singleton. He walked away from his home in the 200 block of Hart Drive in the unincorporated area of El Cajon around 2:00 p.m. today. Johnny has medical issues which puts him at risk. He might be trying to find his way back to his old neighborhood in the City of San Diego at 30th Street and Imperial Avenue. He likes football, Pepsi and tacos.
Johnny was last seen wearing a light grey polo shirt with horizontal stripes, blue jeans, white and blue Nike shoes and a ball cap. He has a goatee and short grey hair. He does not drive a car.

If you live in the area, be aware of increased law enforcement activity. Search and Rescue (SAR) volunteers are looking for Johnny. A command post is set up outside the DMV Office at 1450 Graves Avenue. Sheriff's ASTREA may also be overhead to help with the search.

The registry keeps a current photo of the person at risk, as well as special care instructions and emergency contact information in case the person wanders away or is reported missing.
