A missing Louisiana man has been safely found in Hancock County. Officials say he's been inside an electric transformer box for the past few days.
Hancock County Chief Deputy Don Bass said that 29-year-old Bryan Hulse of Houma, Louisiana was spotted by a truck driver Wednesday morning around 10:15 on Texas Flat Road. The driver said Hulse was jumping up and down, trying desperately to get someone's attention.
What is strange is that this is the very same area that the search party scoured through on Tuesday. Bass said the crews never spotted him because he was inside the transformer box.
Biloxi newspaper, The Sun Herald, reported officials called off the search at about 5 p.m. Tuesday (March 18) and that no organized search was set to continue, and gave up on even finding him.
Hulse last was seen at around 4 p.m. Saturday. Hancock County deputies found his wife's car about a mile from the north gate of the Stennis Space Center at around 6:15 p.m. Sunday They also found clothing, an identification card and several barefoot tracks in a wooded area.
According to witnesses at the site, Bryan Hulse appears to be okay.
