The missing Fox executive, Gavin Smith, is now believed to be dead. According to Radaronline on March, 15, 2013, this is now a suspected homicide case as it is learned he was having an affair with a drug dealer's wife.
Smith has been missing for one year and now that his Mercedes Benz was found in a storage facility linked to a drug dealer, the case is being treated as a homicide investigation. It seems as if Smith was having an affair with Chandrika Creech, the wife of a known drug dealer, John Creech.
John Creech has been a person of interest for the last several months. It was the evidence that they found inside Gavin's car that has led the police to believe he is dead, making this a murder case they're investigating today.
Gavin Smith is a 57-year-old film distributor and his worked on some of the bigger films including “Titantic,” “Avatar” and the latest “Star Wars” series. Smith went missing the night of May 1st last year after last seen driving home from staying with friends in Ventura County.
He was spotted near his home in San Fernando Valley, California in his Mercedes and that was the last time anyone saw Smith. When he failed to come home to take his son to school the next day, his wife reported him missing to police.
