The Littleton police are searching for missing 4-year-old Megan Dephie Alexandra Richard who has not returned from her visit with her mother, Robin Siler, 42.
"Investigators have determined that the mother has indicated an intention to leave with the child and possible take the child out of state," the Littleton police stated in a news release.
An arrest warrant has been issued for Siler and she faces felony charges of parental kidnapping.
Megan's father said that Siler did not return Megan after her scheduled visit on Monday evening and he called the police when he found out that Siler had sold her car and some belongings and had moved out of her house.
