Missing 15-year-old Texas teen Megan Durr found alive with man in his 30s

ARANSAS PASS, Texas -- Police confirmed Monday afternoon that they have found missing Ingleside, Texas teen Megan Durr at the home of a man in his 30s.

Megan, 15, was reported missing Dec. 23, 2010. She was found at the man's home on Avenue A after police received a call about her location.

According to Aransas Pass Police Captain Roberto Gonzales, Jr., Megan did not try to hide her identity and told officers she was staying with the man for about a month. 

She said previous to that she'd spent two months in Ingleside where her family lives.

Since her disappearance her father has organized a massive search for her that involved handing out flyers, volunteer searches, and putting money together for a reward for his daughter.

Gonzales said Ingleside Police will decide whether the man she was living with, or anyone else, will face criminal charges.

"Say what?" appears to be the most common response to whether anyone will face criminal charges.  

He added Megan's case appears to be more of a runaway case rather than an abduction.
