Rock Hard Boot Camp began as a vision in October of 2009 and has now become a reality.  At the Boot Camp, participants learn the proper ways to perform functional movement exercises with their own body weight.  Participants also work with resistance bands to learn toning techniques. Functional movement and functional exercises are based on real-world body movements.  This helps build strength, improve body control, prevent injury, increase flexibility, and posture.  Learning Functional Movement exercises provides the participants with useful exercises that can be used at home.  The Boot Camps last about an hour, meeting twice a week for 6 weeks.  The first addition of the Rock Hard Boot Camp started with one location and has been changing lives since the inception, gaining more and more prestige with each addition.  Brittany is now working on the seventh addition incorporating two additional locations.

“MissFitBritt” has no plans of stopping now.  Her goal for the near future is to spread to surrounding cities within Illinois and surrounding states.  Rock Hard Boot Camp is open to men, kids, women, seniors and beyond, and her focus is to spread the gospel of health awareness holding individuals accountable for a healthy lifestyle.
