Current and former Miss USA and Miss Teen USA titleholders came out to a fundraiser in support of local charity AFAN (Aid for aids of Nevada). The party coincides with the many events celebrating and supporting tonight's Miss Universe pageant on NBC. HIV/AIDS awareness is the official cause of each reigning Miss Universe.The girls lounged around at Liquid Pool Lounge at ARIA, signed autographs and took photos with fans. Proceeds from the event will go to help AFAN support adults and children living with and affected by HIV/AIDS in southern Nevada.

The event was sponsored by local cosmetics company, Rain and the Atwell Group. After the pool party, the girls joined former Miss Universe titleholders at Bank Nightclub inside the Bellagio Resort and Casino for Rain Cosmetics "True Beauty Rocks the Universe" event. In attendance was Morgan Woolard, Miss USA 2010 who will takeover the Miss USA crown if Rima Fakih wins the Miss Universe title.
