Melissa King, the former Miss Teen Delaware, was offered the title of “Miss YouPorn.” According to a Feb. 27 report by The Huffington Post, the former Miss Teen Delaware was offered $250,000 to be the spokesperson for the adult site YouPorn.
The offered made to Melissa King didn't specifically mention as to whether or not she would have to appear in sexual acts on camera. It does mention she would have access to “famous directors and producers,” if she agreed to be their spokesperson.
“I hate to see a young person, especially a young woman, throw her life away like this,” Dana Craig, from Oklahoma City, said. “I'm sure she had other options, better options. I understand it is fast money, but I find it hard to believe she was that desperate.”
Melissa King has denied participating in porn. Despite that, she still gave up her crown and resigned as Miss Teen Delaware.
At the time of publication, it was unknown if the former Miss Teen Delaware was even considering the offer that YouPorn called “win win” for both them and Melissa King.
