Miss Piggy and Kermit head to Subway before starring in 'Muppets Most Wanted'

The Muppets are taking center stage this week when their new movie, Disney's "Muppets Most Wanted" opens across the country on Friday, March 21th. Set in New York, London, Dublin and many other great cities around the world, Kermit, Piggy, Fozzy and the gang travel with their variety show, not knowing that their new manager, Dominic Badguy (pronounced Bad-GEE), played by Ricky Gervais, really is a bad guy. His antics put the gang on Interpol's Most Wanted List.

To help promote the film, Miss Piggy and Kermit the Frog appear in a Subway commercial. Subway is one of the Disney's "Muppets Most Wanted" sponsors. In the commercial, the couple meet spokesman Jared Fogel when they go to one of the Subway restaurants for lunch. Piggy orders an Oven Roasted Turkey with all the veggies, saying "you know how much she loves her greens" as she hugs Kermit. One of the restaurants promotions for the movie is muppets gift cards and a muppets lunch bag that holds the kids meal.

Disney's "Muppets Most Wanted" stars Tina Fey, Gervais, Ty Burrell, Miss Piggy, Kermit the Frog, Fozzy, The Muppets and an all-star celebrity cast of cameos. The movie opens March 21st. Check out the Subway commercial featuring the Muppets on this page.
