"Free Comic Book Day" is a yearly event that is anticipated by many. Like so many events, however, it seems to come and go in the blink of an eye and many miss out for reasons beyond their control. If you missed out this year, there is a small reprieve. Dark Horse Digital, which is owned by Dark Horse Comics, is offering digital editions of several "Star Wars" comic bundles for free this weekend, in honor of both "Free Comic Book Day" and "Star Wars Day."

The titles that are included for free in this offer include: "Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic,""Star Wars Empire," and "Star Wars Legacy." Each of these bundles includes the first four issues of each series, and can be downloaded via the Dark Horse Comics app that is available on both iTunes and Google Play.

For those that are willing to spend a little more than "free" for some comics but are still looking for a good deal, Dark Horse has offers for you as well. Under the "May the 4th 2014" tag are a plethora of Star Wars comics. They range from the free comics mentioned above to various "Star Wars" omnibus (on sale for around $10) to a kids megabundle (drastically marked down to $30) to the motherload of all comic collections: the "May the 4th Megabundle," which is on sale for the low price of $100.

Regardless of your price range, there is a comic for every "Star Wars" fan's budget at Dark Horse Digital this "Star Wars Day."
