Humorist Jeanne Robertson performs at George Washington University in Washington DC on January 28. You can learn a lot about conflict resolution from an official Miss Congeniality.
In addition to winning the title of Miss Congeniality in the Miss America pageant, Robertson can be heard daily on Sirius XM Radio’s Laugh USA family comedy channels. She’s also produced 6 DVD/CD programs and written 3 books about humor including “Humor: The Magic of Genie,” “Mayberry Humor Across the USA” and “Don't Let the Funny Stuff Get Away.” The former Miss North Carolina bases her anecdotes on real life conflicts like “Don’t send a man to the grocery store” and “Mothers vs. teenage daughters.”
Robertson will be appearing at Lisner Auditorium at 8 pm on January 28 (Saturday). Tickets are $34.50 and are available for purchase at the Lisner Box Office.
