One of the hottest shows on all of television right now is the brand new series The Killing on AMC where the mystery of Rosie Larsen's death just can't be explained. Now one of the stars of the series is in talks to what coiuld be a huge hit once its zombie-wfilled world hits theatres.
Mireille Enos of The Killing could possibly join up with Brad Pitt in World War Z and participate in the giant zombie apocalypse war. Directed by Marc Foster, the film is based on the same-name novel which tells of a zombie apocalypse and is told from the perspective of the survivors. That group includes those from all walks of life including US government officials, impoverished Palestians, and mercenaries.
Heat Vision states that Enos would play the role of Pitt's wife, and mother of two, if she were to officially join the cast.
Whether or not World War Z would even happen was a wonder for some time considering that it has a price of $125 million and not many were willing to put that up. Paramount ended up finding other investors to work out the details and everything is set for production to begin in London and Malta this June.
The Killing airs on AMC every Sunday night at 10:00 PM EST / 9:00 PM Central. New Orleans area residents can find AMC on Cox Cable channel 60. Those in the New Orleans area will be able to pre-order their tickets here for World War Z when an official release date is announced.
