Miranda Patterson and her fiance of one month, Teen Mom 2 star Corey Simms, are one step closer to walking down the aisle. Over the weekend, Miranda and her sister headed out to a bridal boutique where she found the perfect gown to say her "I dos" to her beau of seven months in.
"Wedding dress shopping today with some family & friends," she wrote on the morning of January 12, adding the hash tag "So excited." Shortly after the tweet, she sent a second one to her sister thanking her for coming along with her and helping her navigate through the many options of gowns.
Miranda and Corey began dating in June, shortly after Corey and his wife of 6 months, Leah Messer, split up. Miranda is a police officer and although the fans have yet to meet her on the show, she seems to be a total sweetheart which is just what Corey needs. Miranda also spends a lot of time with Corey's twins, Ali and Aleeah, and they seem to love her just as much as he does.
Meanwhile, Leah is expecting her third child with her new husband, Jeremy Calvert, sometime early this year. The two tied the knot in April and announced their pregnancy last fall. So this is going to be a big year for the twins -- not only are they getting a baby sister, they are also getting a step mommy.
