Miranda Lambert was guest judge on "Project Runway." The fashion show competition aired Thursday, Jan. 21. Country Weekly reported on Jan. 21 that the country singer made quite the impression. She didn't hold back when it came time for the runway show.
For this week's challenge, the designers had to design a dress for Miranda. The performer was there to help the designers through the process. She also served up some harsh comments as guest judge. She called one of the designer's outfits "whacky."
Lambert was particularly upset with Matt's design. The designer seemed disappointed in his design, as well. He couldn't stop apologizing for upsetting her.
She told Matt that he needs to find confidence with himself. She added that she can tell that he has talent, but he needs to build up his self-esteem. Unfortunately, that didn't keep him away from being in the bottom three.
Matt went home this week on "Project Runway." It looks like Miranda Lambert made her mark as a tough guest judge. "Project Runway" airs Thursdays at 9 p.m. on Lifetime.
