Country songstress Miranda Lambert unveiled the music video for her latest single, “Mama's Broken Heart,” on Monday. The chic clip features Lambert as an upper class woman with a hidden crazy side.
The “Mama's Broken Heart” video opens with Lambert looking like one of “The Stepford Wives” in a pink dress. As soon as she is behind closed doors, the singer unleashes her crazy side because of a bad break-up. Lambert sings the bustling track as she boozes on whiskey, cuts her hair off, and smokes in the bathtub. Her mom's words about keeping it together only seem to further fuel her madness. While she loses her mind indoors, suburbia still looks pristine and pretty on the outside.
The defiant “Mama's Broken Heart” song was released as the fourth single from Lambert's critically-acclaimed “Four the Record” album. The record hit no. 3 on Billboard's albums chart upon release in November 2011.
