The storyline based video begins with Underwood and Lambert standing in front of a police lineup backdrop while singing. The video then kicks into the storyline in which Lambert and Underwood work at a bank. They rob the bank they work at by breaking in and stealing jewelry from a safety deposit box. After they rob the bank, it blows up.

In the "Somethin' Bad" music video Lambert and Underwood are also seen playing in a private poker game. They cheat to victory at the table, which angers one of their opponents. The video ends with the ladies getting on a private helicopter.

The song "Somethin' Bad" is the second single from Miranda Lambert's fifth solo studio album, "Platinum".
