Miranda Lambert was none too pleased to see the music community embracing Chris Brown at the Grammys Sunday, and she took to Twitter Monday to express herself, with both barrels loaded.
"Chris Brown twice? I don't get it. He beat on a girl..." the country star tweeted.
And she wasn't done by any means.
"Not cool that we act like that didn't happen. He needs to listen to 'Gunpowder and Lead' and be put back in his place. Not at the Grammys."
Chris Brown won the Grammy last night for "Best R&B Album" and performed twice on stage.
The incident Lambert was referring to was Brown's notorious assault on ex-girlfriend Rihanna back in February 2009.
On the other hand, Lambert, along with husband Blake Shelton, seemed to get on famously with her neighbor in the seating arranagements, none other than Lady Gaga. Now there's an odd pairing, as Lambert noted herself on Twitter.
'Y'all. I have a new friend! @ladygaga from NYC and a Texas girl. Who knew! She is really sweet! The odd couple... well not really!'"
But turns out the two love to cook and seems Lambert introduced her to the "randarita" -- a concoction of rum and Crystal Light. We'd like to see the two toss down a few of those and duet.
