Miranda Cosgrove, star of the hit Nickelodeon television show, iCarly, has announced the release of a new EP this coming March. This announcement will certainly have her droves of fans excited.
Cosgrove, who will be performing at the Tampa Theater on February 16th, will release the 5 song EP that will be titled, 'High Maintenance.' This is her first new music that she has released since her highly successful debut album, 'Sparks Fly.'
'Sparks Fly' debuted at No. 8 on the Billboard chart, and stayed on the chart for 34 weeks. Her hit song, 'Kissin U' climbed as high as #54 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Check out the video for 'Kissin U' on the left.
The singer, actress, and teen idol Cosgrove's new EP is said to be a "pop-rock whirlwind," and will surely have plenty of danceable beats and "sing-along choruses." The first single from the EP, 'Dancing Crazy,' is already getting heavy radio play. No video has been released for the new song, yet, but it should be just a matter of time.
‘High Maintenance’ is due to be released on March 15, 2011 on Columbia Records. Tampa Bay area fans will certainly get their chance to hear some of Miranda Cosgrove’s new music in a few days.
