For all of you fans of camping just itching for spring so you can pull that camper out, now is the time to at least scratch that itch and relive it for a bit. The 43rd Annual RV, vacation and camping show is coming to the Minneapolis Convention Center on Thursday, Feb. 11th from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Friday, Feb. 12th from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Saturday, Feb. 13th from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.; and Sunday, Feb. 14th from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
This is year is the 100th anniversary of RVing. The first camping style vehicles being produced in 1910. This opened the public to a new way of thinking when it came to camping. Although camping had been around for years, they started building "camping trailers" and "auto campers" for commercial sale at this time.
There is many things happening at the show this year.
John Holod and RV Adventure Videos will host RV travel seminars. John has traveled over 600,000 miles in and RV. He will be showcasing his travels on the open road, with tips on how to save money during your next RV camping excursion.
Ultimate camp cooking comedians, Pat Mac and Mike Faverman, will be demonstrating decedent camp food, tips, recipes and more while making you laugh yourself out of your folding camp chair.
There will also be a lot of free information and demonstrations going on about campgrounds in the area, camping gear, apparel, and RV camping equipment. Make sure to hit some of the free seminars also going on.

Seniors (age 55 and older) will be able to get half price admission on Seniors day which will be Thursday, Feb. 11th.
