Outlook: The Lions have one of the best passing offenses and a very good run defense. With the need to improve the other areas of their game, their biggest offseason acquisitions have been at receiver and front seven of the defense.

The Lions are going to struggle again to run the ball and stop the pass, which should lead to another below .500 season. Much like the Vikings last season, the Lions will have trouble holding leads late in games.

By not addressing their needs, the Lions had one of the worst off seasons in the NFL. They added no one that can get them another win or two.
