The Minnesota Vikings enjoyed a surprising 2012 season. The team enters the offseason with higher expectations and some decisions to make.
The decisions begin with its own free agents.
Here is offensive lineman Phil Loadholt.
Number: 71
Height: 6'8"
Weight: 343
College: Oklahoma
Experience: 4 years
2012 Stats: 16 games played (16 starts).
Career Stats: 63 games played (63 starts).
2013 Outlook: The Vikings have put a lot into Loadholt. The massive tackle has started every game at right tackle for the Vikings, except for a Week 5 contest in his rookie campaign, since being drafted in the second round draft of the 2009 draft. The Vikings have reportedly made Loadholt a re-signing priority. He has a solid track record, but he is not a player worth overpaying to keep. He has had problems with smaller, quicker pass rushers. His demands will be the determining factor whether or not he remains a Viking.
